Prospice Wines
Prospice is the creation of two friends with a shared vision for wines and winemaking. Each changed course from a prior professional career (architecture and law), drawn to winemaking by the impulse to craft an artisanal product. The team of two use Old-world inspired restraint to produce their Bordeaux and Rhone varietal wines. Relying on the vineyard to do the majority of the work, the wines produced are bright, vibrant, and energetic.
Guests will enjoy the fruits of this friendship, which has produced award winning wines. Chances are your tasting will be hosted in a relaxed environment by one or both of the winemakers who are brimming over with information to share with you.
Wines Produced: Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, Rosé
"This is really fantastic wine. I'm neglecting the rest of my cellar because I keep uncorking my Prospice! I recommend this as a must stop in Walla Walla!" - JK, Google Review

Reininger Winery
The Reininger story begins with Chuck Reininger’s early exposure to the great outdoors, sparking a deep connection to the natural world and a passion for adventuring among the elements of Earth. After spending years as a mountaineering guide on Mt. Rainer, Chuck developed a unique intuition about the environment that made him thirsty to find a new way to “bring the outside in.” He and his wife Tracy founded Reininger Winery in Walla Walla in 1997.
Since its inception, REININGER Winery has been devoted to the Walla Walla Valley AVA, being the first winery to produce wines solely sourced from Walla Walla's outstanding vineyards, including Pepper Bridge, Seven Hills and Birch Creek Vineyards. Their sister brand, Helix, explores the diverse 11 million acres that make up Washington's Columbia Valley through many of its single vineyard bottlings. Every grape that grows in the Washington State tells a story of the massive forces that shaped our land thousands of years ago, and tasters get to appreciate these natural forces in every sip of their unique wines.
